Designer(s): Zero Match Type: DM (for 2 players)
Featured in: The Genius: Tempo Up

This game is a non-live DeathMatch.

Each round players will be presented with a Jigsaw and a puzzle type.

You must answer a certain piece (labelled alphabetically) depending on the puzzle type.

Fastest player to answer correctly each round gains 2 points.

If you answer incorrectly, you will lose 1 point.

Players get 1 guess per round, and the first valid submission is taken.

If you fail to submit within 10 minutes, you will lose your chance to submit and lose 1 point automatically.

The player with the most points after 15 rounds wins.

If there is a tie for most points, the player who was faster at answering correctly in round 15 wins.

If neither player answered correctly, then the DMO wins.

The rounds will get more difficult as the game goes on.

Puzzle Types

Odd One Out

You will be presented with a partially completed Jigsaw, with some pieces missing.

On the right hand side you will presented with the pieces that complete the Jigsaw, with 1 extra piece added.

You must identify the Odd One Out that doesn't fit in the Jigsaw

Double Up

You will be presented with two 3x3 grids which overlay 2 different images.

Each of these sections will be labelled:

Along with this, you will be given 17 puzzle pieces.

You must identify which grid spot does not contain the majority of one of the 17 puzzle pieces.

Missing Piece

You will be presented with a nearly fully complete Jigsaw.

This Jigsaw will have some gaps in it, each gap will be labelled.

On the right hand side you will be presented with pieces that fill all those gaps except 1.

You must identify which gap doesn't have a piece that fills it that aligns with the image of the Jigsaw.

Rounds 5, 9, 14 will be Double Up Puzzles

Rounds 3, 7, 12 will be Missing Piece Puzzles

The remaining rounds will be Odd One Out Puzzles

I will prep the bot and let you know the relevant commands.

Also note the pieces you will need to choose from may have been resized linearly in some of the puzzles.

Pieces will not be rotated.
