Your fifth Main Match is Sleuths and Thieves II.

In this Main Match you will be selecting roles to either gain points for yourself, or steal points from other players.

This Main Match will consist of 11, 6 minute rounds where each of you will take one of four roles:
Sleuth
Thief
Detective
and Boss

At the start of the game, each player will start out with 4 points, and cannot go into the negatives.
Every player is also given 8 Sleuth cards, and 3 Thief cards.
At the start of each round, you will submit one of these cards to the dealer room, and that will be your role for the round.

At the end of each round, one by one, players will announce themselves to be in one of five zones.
1-2 Players 3 Players 4 Players 5-6 Players 7+ Players
Each player will be in a randomized order to claim which zone to be in, where the positions shift one down each round. (2nd to 1st, 3rd to 2nd, etc.)

If you are a Sleuth in a round, your goal is to correctly guess the number of Thieves in the current round, by being the in zone with the correct number. (Bosses always count as a thief)
If you are correct, you will gain 2 points.
If you are incorrect, you will gain no points.

If you are a Thief, your goal is to steal as much as you can.
If you are in the same zone as anyone, you will steal 1 point from each player you share a zone with.
However, if there are 4 or more thieves in a zone, all thieves in that zone steal no points, and would each lose 1 point instead.
Once each round, one player will be lebeled as the Detective
and another player will be labeled as the Boss
These two players will not submit a card in the dealer room and will instead be notified of their status that round.

The Detective works the same as the Sleuth, however they gain information.
At any point in a given round, they may ask 1 of two questions:
Out of Players 1, 2, and 3, how many are thieves? (A Boss results in being told a Thief)
Or,
Is the correct Zone (x) or (y)? (Answer is yes or no)

The Boss is the same as a Thief, but has the knowledge, and needs to influence.
They will start the round knowing the correct number of thieves.
However, they will privately submit the zone they will go in before the round ends.
When everyone is selecting their zone, the Boss must follow their private submission when it is their turn.

At any point following someone's area placement, you may pay 4 garnets to move that players piece to any area you choose.
This may only be done to each person 2 times at max

The Player with the most points at the end of 11 Rounds will win the Main Match and gain 2 chestplates of life.
The player with the least amount of points at the end will be the Elimination Candidate.
Also, The player to have the best performace as a Sleuth will gain 4 garnets (Most correct zone plcements)
As well as the best performing Thief (Most points stolen)
If there are any ties, the garnet reward is split.
