TBC 10

In this Main Match, complete challenges to either skip or gain an advantage in the bidding part of the Main Match.

In this game players must complete 10 challenges as fast as possible. Each player will compete in their challenges privately.

Afterwards, the rules to the second half of the MainMatch will be revealed.


Players may only use pen and paper (no excel, calculators or other programs).

The rules to a challenge will be released. You will have 90 seconds to read them and prep, after which the challenge will be presented and the timer will start.

The time will stop either once the correct solution is given or you believe you have found them all and call “done” (depending on challenge).

You will receive a time penalty for each incorrect answer. It is not a good idea to immediately call “done” as penalties are heavy. Time will be recorded using discord’s snowflake.


For challenges that require a correct answer to end, you may call “done” after 5 minutes has passed to end your timer immediately, without the correct solution.

If you have yet to submit a response, you will receive the penalty for each missing submission as if it was an incorrect submission. I will not let tell you when 5 mins has passed.


Once a player has started their challenges, they may not communicate with any other player until they are complete.

Once they have finished, they will be added to a group chat with all other players who have completed all their challenges.

You may not communicate using any 1-1 chats from then on.

Players may not reveal the time it took for them to finish a challenge.

This includes using boundaries to narrow down the time window, or codes to imply time taken.

You may say whether you think you did well or poorly but be careful with what you reveal, as these times will be used in the second part of the MainMatch and the information you reveal could be valuable.


You should aim for a fast a time as possible in each individual challenge.


Once everyone has finished. The player who got the fastest total time earns a ToL. Their total time will be revealed.


The remaining 3 players will participate in a secondary game to determine the EC, DMO and 2nd ToL receiver.

The first ToL receiver will be isolated from the other 3 players until the MainMatch is complete and will be only able to watch the others.

The rules to the 2nd part of the MainMatch will then be revealed.


Players will receive 1 Garnet for each time they are the fastest in a challenge. (will not be given until MM end)


I should note, the challenges will vary in the skills they test.

MainMatch 10: TBC 10 Part 2

In this second part of the MainMatch, players will use their times for the minigames to bet on cards to gain points.

The first ToL receiver will be removed from conversation. Players will remain unable to use 1-1 chats until the end of the MainMatch, only the completed chat may be used.


Each player will be told their times privately for each challenge.

10 cards will be selected randomly with each card having a unique number from 1 to 13.

Two cards will be presented each round, for a total of 5 rounds.

Players must submit 1 time for each card from their challenges. Plays who fail to submit will submit a time of 10000seconds.


At the end of the round, the player with the fastest bet time for a card, scores points equal to the card’s number.

The player who is second fastest scores 5 points, no matter the value of the card.

The player who is slowest scores 0.


Garnet Spending:


Players may spend 3 Garnets to learn how they ranked among the players for 1 of the challenges. (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th).

This will be given at the next deadline period. Players may do this up to 3 times.


Players may spend 3 Garnets to learn the time of the first ToL receiver.

This will be given at the next deadline period. Players may do this up to 3 times.


Once all 10 cards have been bet on and scored, the player with the Most points wins a ToL.

The player with the second most points will be the DMO, and the player with the least points will be the EC.

If there is a tie between players, Deadlock Spinner will be played to determine the higher ranked player.


The first rounds cards, and times will be revealed at deadline tomorrow


At the end of each round, everyone's times and the challenge they were forthe submitted cards are revealed


You are free to talk about times now, but remember no 1-1s


As a reminder, this is the last time you can spend you garnets, but they will be used in the finals auction (if you make it there)
