In this Death Match, move beans on the grid and use them to make expressions to create numbers within different ranges.

In this game, players will make expressions and move beans around a hexagonal board in order to feed and satisfy a pig with very specific tastes.
The game uses a 3-cell radius hexagonal board. There are colored beans on each cell of the board, with each player being assigned one color. Each player also starts with a limited amount of mathematical operators: 7 addition, 6 subtraction, 3 multiplication, and 2 division.
There are 9 number ranges that players must aim to fit their mathematical expressions into.

The game is played in rounds, with each round being divided into the Expression Phase and the Movement Phase.
During the Expression Phase, players may submit up to 1 expression using 3 different cells and exactly 2 operators, as well as a number range to assign their expression to. Each player may only submit 1 expression per number range and once an expression has been submitted for a number range, it may not be changed. Newly submitted expressions may not use the same set of 3 cells that an existing expression from either player uses.
Each cell's value is equal to the sum of both players' beans on that cell. Expressions must follow the format of [cell] [operator] [cell] [operator] [cell]. Expressions also use the standard order of operations when calculating, with one exception - after division, the remainder is immediately discarded even when the expression has not been completely resolved. For example, here are two expressions that would normally give the same value under the normal order of operations but are slightly different under these rules:
3 ÷ 2 × 3 -> 1.5 × 3 -> 1 × 3 -> 3
3 × 3 ÷ 2 -> 9 ÷ 2 -> 4.5 -> 4
The Movement Phase occurs after the Expression Phase. In the Movement Phase, players will privately move any number of beans of their color from one cell to another adjacent cell. Afterwards, players' expressions will be checked. If a player's expression stays within its assigned number range for 2 movement phases in a row, that player scores 1 point and may not score for that number range again.
After this, the next round begins and the Expression Phase is played again.
Players will have 2 minutes to submit for the Expression Phase and 1 minute for the Movement Phase. Players will also have 5 minutes of reserve time, used in 10 second increments. If you run out of time, you automatically lose Picky Pig.
The Death Match ends when a player reaches 7 points or 15 rounds have passed. The player with more points wins the Death Match. If this is tied, then the player that has the higher number of unique cells used in their scored expressions wins the Death Match. If this is still tied, then the Death Match Opponent wins.
The winner of Picky Pig will stay in the game and earn 2 garnets for their victory.
The loser of Picky Pig becomes the eighth eliminated player from The Genius: Cosmic Banquet.
Addendum: If both players have submitted all 9 expressions, further rounds will skip the Expression Phase entirely.
