Main Match 1: The Ritual of the Dragon

In this game, players try to make the perfect offering to different dragons — lest they anger the gods.

This game has a 20-minute pre-game phase, and then takes place over 90 minutes.

🔥 Incense

This game has a total of 96 incense cards. There are 83 cards ranging from 1-40 and 13 fake incense cards. The 83 number cards are colored as following:

Blue [1-10]

Green [11-20]

Yellow [21-30]

Red [31-40]

Note that not all numbers from 1-40 will be used and the number of cards of each color in the deck will not be specified.

Each player will be given 6 numbered incense cards and 1 fake incense card at the start of the game. 5 cards will be in the dealer room. A player may pay 1 garnet to exchange an incense card they own with one face down card in the dealer room. Players are not allowed to trade incense cards with each other.

Fake incense cards can be disguised as any other incense card, but their true value is 0.

🐉 Dragons

There are a total of 13 dragons to which you can offer incense. At any point, you may deposit an incense card into their ritual pot to add that number of incense to that dragon's offering. To offer incense, please ping @Dealer Marcer. We will process first-come, first-serve. You will be dragged into the Dealer Room, where you will privately make a submission.

When you deposit an incense card, it will be publicly revealed what color card you deposited, but not the exact number. It will also be publicly revealed that you have deposited that card.

All players must aim to offer incense to exactly 5 dragons. However, you may deposit multiple incense cards to the same dragon. In addition, a dragon can only be offered up to 7 incense cards.

💢 Wrath

The dragons of Cosmic Banquet are very peculiar about their incense. You must attempt to offer them exactly 81 incense.

If you are a part of an offer that has less than 81 incense, you incur a number of wrath equal to the difference.

If you are a part of an offer that has more than 81 incense, you incur a number of wrath equal to the difference times 5.

You will not incur wrath for offering a fake incense card.

If you fail to offer incense to exactly 5 dragons, you incur 50 wrath for each dragon you are lacking or each additional dragon you have offered to.

At the end of the game, only each player's total incurred wrath will be revealed but not the incense cards offered to each dragon.

👑 Winning

The player who has incurred the least amount of wrath wins two Tokens of Life. If there is a tie, all tied players win one Token of Life each.

After this, the player who has incurred the next least amount of wrath wins one Token of Life. If there is a tie, none of the tied players win a Token of Life.

At the end of the game, every player that incurred 20 or less wrath gains 1 garnet, and every player that incurred 10 or less wrath gains 2 garnets instead.

In addition, the winner of the Main Match gains 2 additional garnets.

The player who has incurred the most amount of wrath is the Elimination Candidate.
