…with actual betting this time!
(Final match by Shaun)

The game is played with a deck of 20 cards. Cards are numbered 4 through 13 inclusive, and there are two suits: red Diamonds and black Rings. Unlike MM3, each type of card appears once in the deck.

Each player starts with 30 chips. The objective of the game is to take all chips from your opponent by making the best equilibrium-winning hands.
In each round, each player is privately dealt 5 cards, and 2 community cards are dealt face up.
The cards have the same color on their back as their color, so you will be able to see what suits the opponent has, but not which values.

After cards are dealt, both players bid an initial ante, which starts at 1 chip and is raised if the game lasts too long.
Then, players enter the betting phase. The first player is randomly chosen, then players alternate who begins in each round.
On their turn, a player may Draw (optional), then they must either Raise, Call, or Fold.

When players declare their hands, they choose which 5 cards out of their personal cards and the community cards they want to choose as their hand. At least 3 personal cards must be included in a hand. Hands are ranked by Equilibrium Rank:

After each round, the deck is reshuffled before the next round begins.
The game ends once one player takes all their opponent’s chips and wins.
In the case of the game taking over 20 hands, the ante will be increased to 2 and then doubled every 10 hands.
Each player’s hand is given to them in their submissions, community cards and the backs of players’ hands are revealed publicly.
All bids are made publicly.
Time controls:
Before the bidding phase, players will have roughly 20 seconds to review their hand. If they wish to use the Extra Card or Mulligan item, they must do so during this time
During the bidding phase, each player has 30 seconds during their first turn. Afterwards, each player has 10 seconds. If a player does not make their turn in time, it will be taken as a fold. We will not be strict about this, but if you’re far above the time, you will automatically fold.
After a player has called, both players have 1 minute to declare their hands. If a player does not submit during this time period, their hand will be taken as the 5 cards they were dealt.
