Butterfly Effect rules
In Butterfly Effect, you must place blocks to fill in a board. The game will be played on a 11x11 board, for a total of 121 spaces, and be played with pieces that range from 2-7 blocks in a straight line.
Here is the board and its contents

At the beginning of the game, a 1 piece tile will be placed in the very middle of the board. The starting player will be decided by the DMO. Beginning with the starting player, they will place a 2 block piece that touches the middle, their opponent will place a 3 block piece that touched the 2 block piece, and then the starting player will also place a 4 block piece that touches the 3 block piece. Blocks must be placed so only one edge of each block is touching one edge of the most recent block. Blocks placed may not touch 2 edges of the most recent block, or touch another pre-existing block.
After these placements, the players must place a piece that is one block larger, one block smaller or the same size than the previous piece placed. However these blocks do not wrap around, meaning that if the most recent piece played is 2 blocks long, you can not place a 7 block piece and vice-versa. Every piece placed must only touch the most recent piece placed down with one side of a single block.
Players will alternate placing block until one player can not place a block properly anymore. The player who can not place a block appropriately will lose and be eliminated. The other player will move on in the competition.
Clarification: there is an infinite number of pieces, not one of each kind
Endgame example: Here, 2nd player will lose after 1st player places the 7-long piece

Time controls: Each player will have 1 minute per move plus 5 minutes of reserve time.
