Rules for DM3: Losing Streak.
In this game, the DM players will be facing off against the non-DM players in a game, aiming to create the biggest losing streak for themselves. Each DM player will create a list for the other player. This list will be the order that the other player must face the non-DM players. Each DM player will then go through their list, facing the others in a game of Revenge Tic-Tac-Toe. The rules to the game are as follows:
Revenge Tic-Tac Toe rules:
The game will be played on a 5x5 grid, players taking turns to place X’s and O’s (like a normal tic-tac-toe game). The non-DM participant will decide who goes first. When one player makes 3 in a row, they win. HOWEVER, their opponent must make one more move. If the opponent makes 3 in a row with their extra move, they win instead. If a player creates more than 3 in a row (so only 4 or 5), the same rules will apply, but for the results to be overturned, the opponent must get the same amount in a row. In other words, getting a 3 in a row when the first player created a 4 in a row will not overturn the result.
In addition, the non-DM player can also force the DM player to play two times in their first turn (play two pieces on their first turn).
Once all games have been played, the results will be revealed. The person with the longest losing streak against the non-DM players will win. Note that a draw will neither break or increase the losing streak. In the event of a tie, the player with the most consecutive losing streak (discounting ties) will be the winner. More tiebreakers will be determined by the next longest streak and so on.
You have 24 hours to submit an order in which the other player will have to battle.
Time controls for Revenge TTT will be 45 seconds per move.
Timing out player counts as a win, a.k.a. if it was the non-DM player timing out it would extend the streak, if it was the DM player, it will end it
The prize is 6 garnets to the winner.
