This game is called District War.
The goal of this game is to control the most land, by tactically placing your troops on the board.
The game will be played on a 7 by 7 board, divided into 11 districts like in the image below:

The above board is just an example board; the board for the actual DM will be different, although it will hold the same characteristics.
Players will alternate placing their troops on the board to try to control as much land as possible, with the Death Match opponent (DMO) choosing who goes first..
First player may place their first troop anywhere, except for districts of size 3 or less. Each subsequent troop must be placed on the same row or column as the opponent’s previous troop, but must not be in the same district as your opponent’s last troop. If no such move is possible, then you may place your troop anywhere on the board. This will occur when all spaces in a row and column are occupied. Additionally, the last troop from each player can be placed anywhere on the board.
Each player has only 11 troops to place, and after each player has placed all 11 of their troops, the game ends. For each district, where you have more troops than your opponent does, you get the number of points equal to the size of the district (if you have 3 troops, while your opponent has 2 in the district of size 5, like the top-left one, you get 5 points. If you have 1 troop while your opponent has 0 in the district with size 7, you get 7 points.) If the number of troops in the district is equal, nobody gets points for that district.
The player with the most points wins the DM and advances in the game and the other player will be eliminated.
1. If a player goes past their 90 seconds, they will receive a strike, and be given 45 seconds after the intended turn limit to make their move. If they still can't make a move, another strike, another 45 seconds.
3 strikes, and that player will be eliminated. We will give time checks within the 90 seconds and within the 45 seconds as well.
2. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken down by the whoever has the bigger districts.
For example, in the example board posted above, if there is a tie, the player who has the 7-sized district would win. If no one has the 7-sized district, then we would move down to the 5-sized districts. Whoever has more would be declared the winner of the DM. We will continue to go down with the next smallest until the smallest sized districts.
If it's all tied, the DM will be replayed.
