There are 60 coins in the pot available to be grabbed. Each turn, each player submits a number of coins from 0 to 5 that they wish to grab. After both players make their selections, their choices are revealed.
Each player will take the amount of coins that they have selected. However, if a player takes more than his opponent two turns in a row, he has to give his opponent 5 coins. If he does not have 5 coins, he must give all of his remaining coins.
The game ends when there are 9 coins or less remaining in the pot. The player with more coins at the end of the game is the winner. If there is a tie, the player who took more coins most recently is the winner.

This game is called Don’t Get Greedy.
The DM players will be attempting to grab coins from one pot at the same time. The pot will start with 100 coins, and players will privately state the number of coins they wish to take, from 1-5 each round. After both players make their selections, their choices are revealed.
Each player will take the amount of coins selected. However, if a player takes more than their opponent twice in a row, they must discard 1 coin and give 1 coin to their opponent. If the opponent does not have enough to fulfill both requirements, they will discard a coin first if they are able. NOTE, a tie does not break the streak. If a player’s streak goes win-tie-win, they will still need to discard and give 1 coin. Once the special rule comes in to effect, the streak will be reset. That means if someone takes more than their opponent 3 times in a row, they will only need to discard and give once, but would have to be careful with their next move.
The game will end when there are 9 coins or less remaining in the pot. Meaning, after a round where both players steal, if there are 9 or less coins in the pot, the game will end. Whoever has more coins at the end of the game is the winner. If there is a tie, whoever earned more from the special rule: being given more coins from their opponent, will be the winner. If the tiebreaker still results in a tie, there will be a quick, replayed shortened round with 40 coins instead of 100.

⚔ Money Grab ⚔
This game appeared in The Genius Forum Game on Smogon, hosted by zorbees, as Death Match 9. It was also used in Genius Online: Deadly Influx as Death Match 11. However, there are some important differences in this game from either of the above, so make sure to read through the rules.
The goal of the game is to win more coins than the opponent. Getting coins can't be simpler than simply claiming them. But if you are too greedy, you will have to pay for it.
RULESThe game is a best-of-3 match. The game is divided into 3 bouts; each bout is an identical game and independent from other bouts. The first player to win 2 bouts wins. The rest of these rules talk about a single bout.
The pot begins with 60 coins, and each player begins with 10. Additionally, there are 4 limit cards, numbered 1-4.
The bout is played in sets of rounds. After each round, if the pot has too few coins remaining, the bout ends.
At the beginning of each set, the limit cards are shuffled and dealt face up in a line. Each limit card serves as the limit for one round.
Each round, decide how many coins you want to take from the pot. The limit card for the current round dictates the maximum number of coins you may take, but you may take less, down to 0.
After both players have decided, the numbers are revealed. Each player then takes as many coins from the pot.
However, there is a penalty for greed. If you submit the higher number for two rounds in a row, you must pay 1 coin back to the pot. If you do this for a third round in a row, you must pay 2 coins back; fourth round, pay 3 back; and so on. This streak is only reset when you submit a lower number, or when you submit the same number as your opponent for two rounds in a row. (A tied round doesn't penalize you, but doesn't reset the streak either; only two tied rounds in a row resets your streak.)
If you don't have enough to pay a penalty, you lose all you can.
Each set consists of four rounds. After four rounds, all limit cards have been used. The pot is taxed and loses 2 coins to the bank, and the limit cards are reshuffled to begin the next set.
The bout ends after a round when there are less than 10 coins remaining in the pot, after greed penalty and set tax. The player with more coins wins. In case of a tie, the player that loses less coins due to penalty wins. In case of further tie, the pot gets 10 additional coins and play continues normally.
