In Stock Exchange, players will produce goods for their companies and trade with other players.
CEOs beware—scoring at the game’s end is based on the stocks you hold, and not just the success of your own corporation.
Each player starts with two “stocks” of their own company, and six other random of all companies except one. The stocks will be distributed in such a way that each company starts with 8 copies of stock in the game. The number of “stocks” you have in each company will later determine your final score.

Submissions
The game takes place across three rounds. During each of these rounds, you will make a submission for the following…
Resource Production
In your submission, you will pick four resources for your company to produce, in any combination. For example: Diamond, Diamond, Oil, Gold.
Other players will not know what you chose to create. See resources list later for what you can order your company to produce…

Resource and Stock Trading
Then, in your submission, you will submit resources and stocks to “trade” or “give” to other players.
Of the resources you already have and the ones you just produced, pick two to give to two other players (who you haven’t given resources to yet this game).
Then, of the stocks you have, pick two to give to two other players (who you haven’t given stocks to yet this game).
These players will receive those stocks and resources at the beginning of the next round.
They will know what they received, but not which player gave them those stocks and resources. Note that you can give away resources and stocks you received from other players in later rounds.
The stocks a player is holding and the resources a company has will not be public until the end of the game.
In the final round, you will give away three stocks (to players you haven’t given stocks yet this game) and three resources (to players you haven’t given resources yet) instead of the normal amounts.

Ending the Game
After three rounds, the resources each company possesses and the stocks each player is holding will be revealed.
Companies will be given “earnings” based on their resources.
For each of a company’s “stock” that you own, you score the amount of dollars the company earned.
The player with the highest score will receive 2 tokens of life and 3 garnets.
The player(s) with the second highest scores will receive 2 garnets.
The player(s) with the third to fifth highest scores will receive 1 garnet.
The player with the lowest score will be EC.
Garnet Spending
You can pay two garnets to exchange one of your other stock certificates for a stock certificate of your own company. You may do this as many times as you like.
You may exchange a stock certificate for your own company's certificate, and then give that certificate away all in one turn.
There are thirteen resources you can produce and give away in this game: Books, Coal, Diamonds, Emeralds, Gold, Iron, Magnets, Meteors, Mushrooms, Oil, Prize Tokens, Silver, and Water
Each of these give different bonuses and are scored in different ways at the game's end. These resources are loosely divided into four groups.
Constant Resources
Always worth a set amount.
Prize Token—Worth $0.
Emerald—Worth $1,000 each. If your company has at least 1 emerald, your company’s other resources will always be worth a minimum of -$1,000.
Iron—Worth $2,000 each.
Coal—Worth -$3,000 (negative $3,000) each. Cannot be be produced normally - only through a failure to create a diamond.
Conditional Resources
These resources have an uncertain value, based on conditions.
Mushroom—Worth $6,000 each minus $1,000 for every unique resource you possess (other than Mushrooms).
Oil—Worth $5,000 each, minus $2,000 for each company other than your own who has this resource—can go zero or negative.
Diamond—Worth $5,000 each—but if three or more companies try to produce this during a single round, Coal will be created and given away that round instead.
Magnet—Worth $3,000 each if you have an even number of magnets.
Book—Worth $1,000 each for every unique resource you have.
Bonus Resources
These resources give your company flat bonuses at the end of the game depending on certain conditions. The flat bonuses don’t scale with the amount of a resource you have.
Gold—The companies with the most gold each earn a flat $25,000.
Silver—The companies with the most and second-most amount of silver each earn a flat $15,000.
Water—Your company receives a $2,000 bonus for each company in the game with at least two Water (if you have at least one Water).
Special Resources
These resources are scored after all other resources and bonuses are scored.
Meteor—Worth $20,000 each, if after scoring all other resources, the company’s earnings would be zero or negative.

**Prize Mission: If five or more prize tokens are produced, then the prize pool increases by $10. **
Clarification: Emeralds set the value of negative resources in hand to -$1,000 each (negative $1,000). This includes coal and possibly oil+mushrooms.
@Player Clarification:
You can receive Gold and Silver bonuses in the game with 0 Gold and Silver, if there is 0 Gold in the game or the most and second-most Silvers is 0 and some other number.
Books count themselves for resource variety.
