In Auction Auction, players bid money to access various auction houses and try to acquire sets of colored cubes. Each player begins the game with $100 to use for bids. If a player has $0 and bids only $0 in the same phase, they receive $10 at the start of the next phase.
The game consists of three rounds, with each round consisting of an "access phase" and an "auction phase."
Access Phase
First, players will bid to gain access to one of three auction houses, in the Access Phase.
The auction houses have the following names...
Dr. E Appraisings
Genre Shop
Wolley Limited
These auction houses have three spots each. You must bid to enter any one of these three houses (you may bid $0).
After this phase, we will announce who managed to enter each house.
✅ The three players who bid the highest amounts will enter the auction house they bid for.
✅ You spend all the cash you bid, even if you lose the bid.
✅ It is impossible for more than three players to enter a house. If any tie would result in more than three players entering a house, then none of the players involved in that tie gain access. Instead, less than three people enter.
✅ Values of player bids and what they bid for are publicly announced, but cash remaining/cubes of each player are not shown
Any player who was unable to access an auction house will be assigned to a special location called the Black Market.
Then, the auction phase begins.
Auction Phase
Players will bid on lots containing cubes in the locations they were able to access. You can bid on, and win multiple lots in a round. Each auction house contains one lot with two same-colored cubes, and three lots each having a single cube. The Black Market contains two lots, one with two same-colored cubes, and one with a single cube of that same color. All the lots within a given location are unique. The lots on offer in each location (the three auction houses and the Black Market) will remain the same after every round.
✅ If two players tie for the highest bid, then the player with the next-highest bid acquires the lot.
✅ If there are no valid bids, the lot is discarded.
✅ You spend all the cash you bid, even if you don't win the lot.
✅ Values of player bids and cubes won are announced only to all players inside the auction house/location that round
After three Access Rounds, and three Auction rounds, the game will end. Player hands and remaining cash will then be revealed, and each player hand will be ranked based on the following list, with hand one being the best.
1: Rainbow 🌈
Collect at least one of each of the colors available in the game.
2: Four of a Kind 🟥 🟥 🟥 🟥
Four cubes of the same color.
3: Three of a Kind 🟥 🟥 🟥 🟨
Three cubes of the same color.
4: Two Pair 🟥 🟥 🟨 🟨
Two cubes of the same color, then another two cubes colored the same.
5: One Pair 🟥 🟥 🟨 🟩
Two cubes of the same color.
6: Nothing
None of the above.
If two players have the same ranked-hand…
The player who has the more red cubes wins
Then, the player who has the more yellow cubes win
Then, player who has the more green cubes wins
If there is still a tie, then the player with more money wins out.
Bonus Cash and Cash Transfers
At any time, a player may trade one of their garnets for an extra $10 in cash.
At any time, players may also give cash (but not cubes) to someone else in their 1 on 1s.
Game Ending
At the end of the game, the cubes each player has and their amount of remaining cash are revealed. The player with the highest hand of cubes wins 3 tokens of life and 3 garnets (regardless of hand). The player with the lowest hand will be next elimination candidate of the series.
Every player that has at least two pair will earn 1 garnet.
Every player that has at least a three of a kind will earn 2 garnets.

If at the end of the game, every player has acquired at least four cubes, the prize pool will increase by $10
@Player Player bids and the house they bid for will be announced, but not the cash remaining.
