Play your cards in a way to end up with the most or the least points total!

This round’s main match is called Card Trick.
At the start of the game, everyone will receive the same 12 cards. These cards will be distributed:
The aim of this game is to be at either extremes. Either be the top 2 scores or the bottom 2 scores by the end of the game to win and earn a ToL.
Over 8 rounds, you will submit one card that will be used on yourself or another player in your confessionals (Cards may affect others, but they could be played on yourself, take note of this). Each card has a simple effect that is labelled on the card. To explain the basic function of each card:
Once everyone submits a card, or when the time limit passes, the cards that have been played on each player will be shown. Note that it won’t be shown who played which card. As there are only 8 rounds, that also means that 4 cards won’t be used per player. These cards will be discarded at the end of the game and won’t affect a player’s point total. If a player does not submit a card by the deadline, then a randomized card will be played from their “deck”. At all times, card may not be traded or gifted to other players.
Along with the 12 cards, players will receive a minus card and a reversal card.
The cards do the following:
Minus - When you play your point card, you may also play the minus card on someone. The minus card can be played on yourself or someone else, like a normal points card. The minus card will switch the sign of the card. For example, if I played the Rivals +2 card on myself, and I also played the minus card on myself, then that Rivals +2 card will turn into a Rivals -2 card, resulting in everyone else but myself losing 2 points instead of gaining.
The minus card does not need to be used on the same person that you used your points card on. For example, if I think Dairy is going to play the You +3 card, I can play the minus on him, and he will lose 3 points.
Two minus cards will cancel each other out, resulting in no effect.
Reversal - When you play this card (along with your point card), the card that are played on that player will be reversed as follows:
You <--> All
1st <--> Last
Friend <--> Rivals
Note that playing 2 of these cards on the same person will cancel the effect, just like the minus card.
Once again, these cards do not necessarily be played on the same person you played your point card on. I can play my point card on myself and play my reversal card on someone else and vice-versa. Note you only get one of each of these cards for the whole game. And same as the regular cards, when announcing who played what cards and on who, the players who play the minus and/or reversal card(s) will not be revealed, only who it was played on.
You can buy extra minus and reversal cards for 2 garnets each at any round. Post in your submissions when you wish to do so.
At the end of the Main Match, the players with the most, second most, second least, and least amount of points will be the winner of the Match. They will each received a Token of Life and be immune from the DeathMatch. A player will receive a garnet for every 2 points then have at the end, rounded down. If you end up in the negatives, we will take the absolute value of your score and give garnets accordingly. Also, the player with the least amount of points will earn an extra 3 garnets.
There will once again be a 24 hour pre-game for you guys to digest this MM. After the 24 hours up, each of the 8 rounds will last 24 hours. If all players submit quickly however, I will call the end of the round faster.
Once the winners are determined, the EC will be the person that is closest in points to the mean of the total points. So if the mean is 6, and someone has 7 points, they will be the EC. If there are multiple people that are closest to the mean, then the winners will choose.
We are going to ask if you submit a rival card, that you also submit a target just in case that your card turns into a friend card with reverse. This is to prevent any awkward and elongated phases where we have to ask someone to choose someone to give a point to before we reveal the results.
If a player plays a friend card on let's say player X (we still ask you submit a target for friend if a reverse happens) and a reverse card is also played on player X.
We announce the cards played on each player, in this case "Player X had a rival +1 card played on them, but a reverse card was played on them as well!" or something like that.
But since the reverse card was played, that rival card is now a friend card, where the submissions says the friend point should go to let's say Player Y. Then we would also announce "Since the reverse card was played, Player Y will receive a point instead."
