The second Main Match is…
Eviction Game.
In the Eviction Game, players will be voting on who to ‘evict’, with players winning favor of others through influence tokens.
The Eviction Game will be taking place over eight rounds. Round 1 will last 20 minutes, and each subsequent round will be two minutes shorter. This means that Round 2 will be 18 minutes, Round 3 will be 16, and so on.
The last minute of each round will end with a vote, in which players will each vote for one player to evict. The player or players who receive the most votes will be evicted and will no longer be eligible for winning the Main Match by way of vote. The ultimate goal is to be the last player remaining.
During each round’s vote, players may vote for any remaining other players, including themselves. If a player does not manage to lock in a vote, their vote will be automatically set to themselves. Voting will be made anonymously, but the final vote tally will be revealed publicly; with those who received the most being evicted.
However, eviction merely means a player can no longer win by vote. Every player will still retain their vote, but after being evicted, players cannot be voted for. This means that - in every subsequent round - there will be 13 votes, but fewer players to vote for.
For the first four rounds, the two players who receive the most votes will be evicted and can no longer be eligible for winning the main match. For the last four rounds, the single player who gets the most votes will be evicted.
In the event of a tie for most votes, there will be a one-minute revote period. All players, with the exception of those tied, must vote for one of the tied players. This will continue onward until all ties are resolved.
In order to win favors, each player will start the Main Match with twenty Influence Tokens. Each player’s influence tokens are unique and named after them, and they may give tokens to whomever they want. Players may trade and gift tokens, regardless of if they originally belonged to them.
A player may spend garnets for influence tokens of their own type. Each garnet will give two influence tokens.
After the final eviction, the final player standing will be deemed the winner and gain a token of life. Their - and only their - influence tokens will then be utilized to determine the other winners, as well as the losers, of the game.
The player(s) who have four or more influence tokens originally owned by the winner will gain a token of life. One garnet will be gifted for every two influence tokens of the winner’s type, rounded down. The player(s) who have the fewest influence tokens of the winner’s will be deemed the loser(s). This means that a player without influence tokens of the winner’s will automatically be a loser. In the event of a tie, the winner will select the sole loser and Death Match candidate.
