Main Match 4

In Dance Crew, players will be divided into 3 dance crews of 3 people each and vie to be the crew containing the best dancer. There will be 3 two round pairs of performing and betting. Each crew will have a first dancer, a second dancer, and a third dancer who will perform in that order.

Performing

The first dancers of all 3 teams will perform simultaneously in Round 1. (Round 2 will have second dancers, and the final round will have third dancers).

Each dancer will any number of moves among the following two: up, down, or STOP, which will not score you points or give you penalties. The moves limit will be unspecified; however if you think you are going to reach it, please ask the host. Your last three moves must be some combination of UPS or DOWNS.

For example, as a dancer I could choose: up up down down STOP down STOP up up down.

The order of my moves matter. The first moves of each dancer will be compared to each other, then the second move, then the third moves...

If during the performance, I do an UP at the same time as someone else does an UP, or a DOWN at the same time someone else does a DOWN, the move bombs. If five moves bomb, my performance ends immediately and all my other moves turn into STOPs.

If I have four or less bombing moves, I earn a point for every up or down I made.

If I have five or more bombing moves, I lose a point for every up or down I submitted (regardless if they were actually performed).

The points accrued, positive or negative, all go to the dancer. The results of the performing round will be kept secret until the end of the betting round.

Betting

After each performance round, the number of moves (including stops) each dancer submitted will be revealed, but their scores will be kept secret. There will then be a betting round.

Each player not on a dancer's dance crew (including other dancers) will have the opportunity to bet on their results. Betting must be in integers. The maximum bet is 100. The minimum bet is 0.

After betting, each dancer's score will be revealed.

If the sum of all the bets are higher than the dancer's score, then the highest bettor loses as many points as they bet.

If the sum of all the bets are lower than the dancer's score, or the dancer bombed out, then all players receive the points they bid.

Game End

After three rounds of performing and betting, in which each player will have performed at least once, the game will end. The dancer with the highest total points earn 5 garnets and a TOL.

The player with the lowest score who is not on the team with the highest scoring dancer will be E.C.

Then the winner (if solo) makes a choice

-Give 4 garnets and 1 TOL to any player in the game

-Give 4 garnets and a TOL to both of their teammates

Drafting

Each player will vote for three unique players who they want to be a team captain.

Each player will also submit a draft order of all players for if they are elected captain. (For example: Yoonsun > Jinho > Jiwon > Sangmin).

All players elected will take turns drafting based on their list in a snake order (snake order is 1-2-3-3-2-1-1-2-3). The player with the most votes will draft first, the player with the second most votes will draft second, the player with the third most votes will draft third (garnets are used as tiebreakers, then MM wins, then DM wins, then RNG). The "drafting" will be public, but each captain's precise list will not be revealed. No vote counts will be revealed.

Performing

The first dancers of all 3 teams will perform simultaneously in Round 1. (Round 2 will have second dancers, and the final round will have third dancers). The first dancer of a team will be the last person drafted to the team, the second dancer of the team will the second-to-last person drafted to a team, and the third dancer will be the captain.

Each dancer will any number of moves among the following two: up, down, or STOP, which will not score you points or give you penalties. The moves limit will be 100. Your last ten moves must be some combination of UPS or DOWNS (or spins, which will be discussed later).

For example, as a dancer I could choose: up up down down STOP down STOP up up down up up down up up up up.

The order of my moves matter. The first moves of each dancer will be compared to each other, then the second move, then the third moves...

After betting, each dancer's score will be revealed (but not their list of moves). If any dancer has bombed, that dancer's bets on the other players will be cancelled.

If the sum of all the bets are higher than the dancer's score, then the highest bettor(s) loses as many points as they bet, and the lowest bettor(s) split the points of the highest bet (rounded down).

If the sum of all the bets are lower than or equal to the dancer's score, or the dancer bombed out, then all players receive the points they bid. (The dancer retains their original score).

Game End

After three rounds of performing and betting, in which each player will have performed at least once, the game will end. The dancer with the highest total points earn 3 garnets and a TOL.

Then, the player with the lowest score on the team that does not have the highest-scoring dancer will be E.C.

-Give 3 garnets and 1 TOL to any player in the game (except E.C.)

-Give 3 garnets and a TOL to both of their teammates

Garnet Spending: You can hire Lee Sangmin to teach you how to spin, a third dance move. For each garnet you spend as a dancer, you can spin 3 times in your dance.

Clarifications on Spinning

If two people spin at the same time, then it counts as a bombing move.

You also pay penalties for spins if you bomb, just like you would for ups and downs.
